REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTING

INCOME REQUIREMENTS

  1. Applicants must have gross income of Three Times the amount of the rental rate for the unit for which the applicant is applying for occupancy.
  2. Applicants must provide Paycheck Stubs as proof of income or Prior Years Income Tax if self-employed, or other documentation evidencing proof of income.

CREDIT HISTORY

  1. Landlord will run a Credit Check and Unlawful Detainer Registry check on all applicants.
  2. Applicants must have Good Credit, No Prior Evictions and No Accounts in Collections.

REFERENCES

  1. Applicants must have Good Rental History, Good History of receipt of sufficient income, and Good Personal References.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. All applicants must provide Proof or Photo Identification.
  2. Initial funds for move-in (security/holding deposit and first month’s rent) must be paid by certified funds. No personal checks will be accepted.

THERE IS A $30.00 APPLICATION SCREENING FEE PER APPLICANT, PAYABLE IN CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER’S CHECK. EACH APPLICANT OVER 18 IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AN APPLICATION.
